Fab apt. to let in Barcelona

I have a quiet, spacious, sunny, three bedroomed apartment, 170m2, to let from now until the end of Oct. Very good price to right tenant. Recently refurbished loft space in converted industrial building, on Calle Pallars in the lively Villa Olympica area.

The brightly coloured apartment has all kitchen equipment, linen and towels. Two bathrooms, one en-suite.

Close to cafes, bar, market and beach. 2mins from Marina Metro stop.

Hola!

Soy un estudiante italiano (=de Florentia) que todavia no ha encontrado piso en Barcelona por el primero semestre de classes.
Voy a la UB
?el piso està cerca de la UB (Facultad de ciencias economicas en Av. Diagonal 400)?
?A que metro està cerca?
Llegarè en Barcelona el dia 22 de septiembre por la tarde.
