eeafamilypermit(uk) refused in india can i apply from poland

hi everybody

my eea family permit was refused in india last month and they gave me the papers(reasons) to appeal in 28 days time but i dont want to appeal again because it takes time i am applying for poland visa to join my wife who is expecting.
so my question is can i apply fresh again from there in poland to uk(eea family permit).please suggest me on this i would be thankful to you.

You can apply from Poland, and it should be easier, too. The UK applies stricter rules if you apply from outside of the EU, because they say you are not covered by the European right of free movement then. I am not sure whether that is legally correct, but it is certainly done that way.

So if you apply from Poland with a valid visa, you should have a better chance to get the Family Permit. Of course it all depends on the reason for refusal.
