She s not receiving maternity leave.
Thanx

That's where the problem lies. She should have registered herself as
a Jobseeker for six months (at least until the spouse's RC is considered) as allowed by law.
Am afraid, seemly the only way around this is for her hubby to exit UK
and reenter with an EEA Family permit which will be issued at the UK
Consulate in US and when He's here then He may apply again in the same
capacity.
Remember this advice is based on my experience and immigration knowledge. You may wish to consult a professional for more confirmation.
Good Luck.

Hello,

Yea Am still here, nothing much from my side yet but Am still believing God that it comes pretty soon. :)

Pity they rejected your daughter's application, however you can always apply fro her Passport from the Dutch Embassy since her Father is Dutch or apply when either you or your Hubby acquire a PR (Permanent Residence) status.

Keep the hope alive. Cheers! 8)

Yea bah2240, I agree with that HO's 'ASAP' may take eternity to come.

And as pointed out, I knew their November promise was just another publicity stunt hence I never banked on that.

Gosh!! I have never seen a more incompetent HO. :(

Anyway lets pray and hope the waiting will be over pretty soon.

Here's wishing you cum your family a merry Christmas and a blissful Newyear! :D

Hi Bah,

Good to hear from you again. Well as per the High Court thingy, I am not sure about it. However your lawyer should be in a better position to know this if He's competent enough in EEA Law/applications. Anyways I think its a good step in chasing up your case hence can never go wrong either way.

Here's wishing you cum your family a blissful day!
