I am currently gathering some evidence to support our application as EEA unmarried partner. But before this application I have application another

I am a Filipina came to the UK last December 2011 with a Family Visit Visa to my mother and my brother who are British Citizen since last 2013. I applied to Leave to Remain in UK since May 2012. They keep on refusing me until now. During the time I stayed in UK i met my partner who is polish. When we found out I was pregnant last May 2014 I moved to his place. We start living together since then up to now. July 2014 our lawyer advise us to applied for EEA Residence Card but then refused due we don't have enough evidence. On October he advise us to get married instead of re-appeal. I order authenticated birthcertificate for my new passport. By December 2014 I gave labour to our precious baby girl. January 2015 we apply for a new passport in london. On March 2015 my new passport arrived we went to registry office to get married and they said the I need visa to get married. I tried to call my lawyer but his unable to reach anymore.

We try to put my name on his bank but because I dont have any letter from Revenue or bills to pay or other bank. the bills is included in our rent. All i have is GP and Tenancy but they are not acceptable in the Barclays bank.
