Hi,
my wife's EEA FP expired last December and we are currently waiting for her EEA2 application to be approved.
My wife was lucky enough to find a job and they are currently transferring her salary into my account. That's ok for the time being, but not an ideal solution. So we went to the bank and applied for a joint bank account. They said that they can open it but need proof that my wife has the right to stay in the UK. The marriage certificate it not sufficient, apparently. Does anyone have an idea what kind of document I could give them that clearly states my wife's right to live and work in the UK? I printed something off of the UK Home Office website, but I was wondering if any of you has a better idea.
Thanks,
Dan
