My EEA family permit recently expired. I just secured a job with a really good company. Can they still employ me without a valid EEA resident permit? I have been married for the last 5 years. My partner has decided to divorce me. We still waiting for the divorce papers to come through. So i can then apply on my own for ILR. Theres a slight problem however. I have an outstanding conviction and serving a supervision order which finishes in November of this year. if I was to apply for ILR what are the chances of getting it and also if i dont get it. Will i be able to apply for an extension stay to i can see out my conviction before apply again.. Thanks..

 

Yea I am referring to the five year permit. sorry for the confusion..
