ShangHai -Dandong-Pyongyang
Dandong is the border city of China just next to North Korea. There is a river between two countries. The river called Yalu River. From the bank of the river of Dandong you can see North Korea kids swimming or people fishing sometimes. Dandong is a very special city because of the location very close to North Korea.

After you arrive in Dandong you can join in the tour (travel to North Korea have to join in the tour to get traveling visa. Totally independent is impossible in North Korea )But you have to apply the tour at least 15 days earlier or longer time.
From Dandong you can take train to Pyongyang. Which is far more interesting then fly into North Korea. You can see beautiful countryside of North Korea and you can take the same train with local Korean people on the same train.
