Deutsches Fernsehen ( deutsche Programme) in Moskau

Hallo, wer weiß wie man deutsche Programme in Moskau erhält? Also alle die man über Astra und Eutelsat so in Deutschland kriegt wie RTL, ARD, ZDF, PRO 7, Sat 1 usw. usw...

Kabel ist vorhanden in der wohnung wo ich jetzt ne Zeitlang in Moskau sein werde. Ist es überhaupt mit Kabel möglich und brauch ich da ein decoder oder sonstiges dazu?

Oder ist das nur mit Satellitenanlage möglich?
