Bonjour,
Je suis frontalier: j'habite en france et je travaille en suisse ( Bale ).
J'aurais aime savoir si la legislation du travail etait la meme qu'en France: les CDD ne pouvent pas exceder plus de 24 mois dans la meme entreprise.
Mon probleme etant que mon employeur me propose un 3 eme contrat temporaire de 12 mois, mais pas de contrat indetermine... est ce legal en suisse ?
