    If you're downtown, stop by Daley Plaza for the Chicago Sister Cities International Festival. It's the fifth annual festival celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Sister Cities program in Chicago. Lots of food, merchants representing the sister cities and other fun events. It begins today (August 23) and runs through August 27.
