Chambre à louer dans 5 pièces 1/2 - à proximité de station de métro Beaubien et 10 min. du marché Jean Talon – dans une rue calme. La chambre est meublée avec un lit double, une commode, un bureau, une table de nuit et quelques lampes. Elle a une grande fenêtre. L'appartement est partagé avec deux autres personnes calmes, âgées de 30 et 33 ans, un étudiant et un violoncelliste. Le prix est de 375.00 dollars canadiens par mois tout compris (eau, électricité, chauffage). Accès internet et téléphone en sus.
