Buying Property in India

Postby texkourgan » Mon Jun 24, 2013 4:24 pm

Hello and welcome! :)

Buying property abroad can be quite intimidating, even if you have lived in India as an expat for years! Some questions you may have…

Can a foreigner buy property in India? If so, is it complicated? What is the process for purchasing property? Is there anything a foreign buyer should be especially aware of?

Have you been through the process? What advice can you give to other expats in India looking to buy - either a home or an investment property? Do you have a check-list or tips you can provide?

Thanks for sharing!

Hi,
Buying property in india is not so easy but can go with Real Estate Agents. There are many cases of fraud so its good choice to consult real estate agents to buy a property. They will help to get best deals on property at best location.
