South Goa has some good places to buy property in goa. But at the end it all depends on your preferences & needs.

In Goa, where location is everything, Tremonte, a property at Fatorda (South Goa) offers the ideal residential address. It is well-connected to Margao as well as Ponda, Vasco and Verna. This property offers luxurious 3BHK apartments and duplexes with almost 2 acres of greenery, gym, pool, library, cafe, reserved car park and more. If you are looking at buying a property in Goa, consider living here at Tremonte, and you could very well be on to a great investment opportunity.
