Hello mothers! I'm a single mom looking for extracurricular activities for my son. I want him to keep speaking his native languages, English and Spanish. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Hi, My name is Amanda, I'm living in Paris (Nation's area), and I have 2 kids (Liam and Elina, 1 & 3 years old)... I'm looking for english spoken activities after shcool or during holydays (I'm not an expat or english native) If you or others expats wives are interested by meeting a parisian mom, when I'm not at work, I usually take my kids to a lot of places (squares, jardin des plantes, jardin d'acclimatation, bois de Vincennes, Les Buttes Chaumont, to museums, cofee shops, ...)
So if you're interested, don't hesitate to contact me !
You might also try checking out some of the Paris blogs listed on BlogExpat. They often have helpful posts for common issues and can be contacted directly. Best of luck!
I got an e-mail from a mom about a multilingual center that offers all sorts of activities in english, spanish and french. From what I have heard, their classes are pretty good. I'm registering my child who starts grand section this coming school year. Their website is www.monkeytime.eu
Hope this helps and do not hesitate in letting me know if you're registering so we can maybe meet after class.
It depends, how old is he ? You can go directly to the nearest swiming pool to ask for courses, maybe you'll going to meet someone who can deal in english with your son... If he is older than 6, you can ask to school, in september... is he going to a bilingual school ?
He just turned 5 and he's going this year to a p.s.---the school is not bilingual, that's why i want to enroll him in bilingual extracurricular activities. I'll go to the nearest public swimming as soon as school starts...thanks!

Hi, by the way, if you're looking for a bilingual place for your kids, Nouqa Langues is probably close to perfect. I took classes with them and I saw multilingual kids going in and out of their all the time, even very young...basically everyone knows a bit of Spanish/English/French/Italian.
It was somewhat funny to see the 7 year old with a class after me speak in 3 different languages to the tutor while I was struggling to learn my second...haha. I did learn quite a bit of French tho! My teacher was the best
