    Hi everyone,
    I am new to this site, but appreciate all the information I have already found here. My boyfriend is a non-EU citizen currently living and working in Scotland. I have information about non-married partner visas as well as work permits for non-EU citizens. My question is which approach seems to be more successful, faster, etc. -- to pursue the non-married partner visa (he fits all of the criteria: has a place to live, could easily support us both, etc.), or for me to go the job search route (I am also a non-EU citizen) and get a work permit.
    If anyone has any ideas/insights on this, that would be great...
