advice needed

Can anyone tell me that which form i must fill when my FMRS will be finishing. shall i fil eea 1 or 3.
My fmrs is for one year.

If you have never been issued a residence stamp before, then you apply for EEA1 (considering you are an EEA National).

Dear polskasweetie,
First of all thanks for the reply.
I wish to say that i already have a FMRS stamp on my passport. I am an Indian ciizen. My FMRS will finish in May 22nd 2008. Please tell me which form i can form thereafter. Shall i fill EEA 2 something.
I am non EEA..

In that case, then yes you need to fill out EEA2. There is a sticky here on these forms that would be worth a read for you. Might answer most of your questions.
