My husband is an eea national and wants to get his residence card. However, the insurance companies we contacted say this is not possible because it is for home office purposes. Any advice on how to proceed? Many thanks.

    Hello,

What do you mean by "it is for home office purposes" ?
There is no residence card for EEA nationals in the UK. It is only for individuals from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and you’re the family member, or extended family member, of an EEA national.
