Poland is a member of the European Union, and is part of the Schengen area for freedom of movement. This makes travel really easy within the Schengen area. Quite often, you won't even feel like you've crossed a border between two countries as you can just drive through two Schengen countries.

If you are a member of the European Union, you won't have any declaration to make when entering Poland.
As a general point, we will distinguish between a travel within the European Union and outside the EU space.
