    Vienna boasts of an excellent healthcare system. The services of the city's top medical experts are available to all patients irrespective of age, income or living circumstances.

    Having health insurance means access to all services and benefits rendered by Vienna's health care institutions, including routine treatment as well as organ transplants. Most vaccinations are free for children and young people up to the age of 15. Adults are entitled to one free preventive medical check-up per year.

    Hospitals
