Gas

All bills can be brought and paid at the local post office (Poste.)

Heating may be centralized so it adds onto the condo fees. Otherwise, you'll get billed by the gas company anyhow depending on the use. (It adds on to cooking gas and comes all in one bill.)

Electricity

The electrical voltage in Italy is 220V / 50 cycles. Depending on your appliances you may be able to buy adaptors convert them or it may not be worth the expense and cheaper, as well as safer, to purchase new ones when you arrive.
