    Summer jobs in India normally take on the form of internships with companies. They are often not published but can be found through personal and family relations in the industry. These are especially important for students of Management Schools. Getting a summer job in India is a great way to explore the country while you have a long break at home! What’s more, a summer job experience can add an international touch to your CV, something that most companies look for these days. 

    Temping is an increasingly popular option among students to earn extra pocket money or just for the experience. In a study conducted recently, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Delhi pay the best salaries in temping, with Mumbai paying the highest in engineering. Temp jobs are a great way to get a taste for the work environment in Mumbai and also give you the flexibility to pursue other interests during your time here.  Some of the key temping agencies to get in touch with are as listed below.

    Working holiday visa

    India currently does not have any working holiday agreements with other countries. All foreign nationalities need to apply for a visa to enter India.
