    Hotels and Bed and Breakfast

You might need a more flexible accommodation for a few days at the beginning, or you want to welcome friends who come to visit you and you will look for some hotels or B&B. You can consult also: http://www.hotelworld.com

University residences welcome people from May to August. This is cheap ($17 to $40 a night).

Bed and Breakfasts (called "couette et café") are usually well centred (about $70). In hotels the price can double depending on the season (from $70 to $175 in a classic hotel). It's better to book in advance. Better rate are at the end of winter or at the end of the week. Prices shown are tax excluded, so you must add 2%. Breakfast is not included in the hotels.

    appartement Hotel
    Bonjour,

    merci!

    Extended stay hotel
Another excellent hotel for extended stay you might want to check out is the Residence Inn Marriott. It is purposely built for extended stay and has kitchenettes, living area and breakfast included. Worth having a look.

    B&B in Montreal
For a lovely B&B within close walking distance of downtown and Old Montreal, try Auberge de la Petite Bourgogne. They have a nice garden, large hot tub, excellent breakfasts and even let you use their bicycles! One or two rooms (non-smoking), from $100 to $125.
