The economy is highly developed and Luxembourg has the world's highest GDP per capita. Luxembourg's economy is stable, with moderate growth, low inflation, and low unemployment.
Luxembourg is the world's second largest investment fund center (after the United States). It is the most important private banking center in the Eurozone. There have been some concern about Luxembourg's banking secrecy laws. It has been added to a "grey list" of nations with questionable banking arrangements by the G20.
