Administrative Assistants

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Co-ordinate general office management
• Ensure smooth running office
• Organise accommodation and flights for internal staff and visitors when required
• Co-ordination of office supplies and maintenance of equipment
• Assist the Administration Manager, Directors and R&D Manager as required
• Controlling incoming and outgoing mail and banking
• Document courier management
• Previous experience within a similar role is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels
Applicants will need to have the ability to manage priorities and multi task effectively.
We will provide the work placement/work permit (Visa) with our Corporate clients.
