There are no contributory state pension schemes in Dubai. Some international companies may operate their own corporate pension schemes. If you are making contributions towards a state pension scheme in your home country, it is advisable to continue to do so for as long as possible.

Many companies offer private pension schemes in Dubai, with the option of making either lump sum payments or regular contributions.
