Bangkok is of course famous for its massages and muay thai, and courses in both are offered. One of the most famous Bangkok temples is Wat Pho. This is also home of the Thai massage and by far the best place to learn how to give a traditional Thai massage. See their website Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School for further information.
Alternatively, from a more educational/career point of view, the Bangkok School of Management runs a number of short courses and corporate training throughout the year.
