Major schools missing
It appears like www.globibo.com or www.language-school.sg is missing.
Also sites like www.language-school.com.sg provide a good overview of all schools in Singapore.

Update in 2013
I see that this article was written in 2010. In the meanwhile, new schools have appeared, others gone out of business.

Also, a new directory site has popped up which aggregates courses, schedules, reviews and pricing from all language schools in Singapore: http://yago.sg

We just launched in 2010, so no wonder it's not in the article. But we have grown to be the place to find and compare language courses in Singapore.
