Moscow is an international city and most schools offer the study of multiple languages. If you are dedicated to learning a specific language, you can usually find a school that focuses on that area. Language centres vary greatly in quality, so check with former students before signing up. A good course should cost around 20 Euros per academic hour (45min). A few of the schools:

English Language Evenings Moscow(ELE Moscow) is an independent, open, public English-language lecture forum in Moscow, with more than 100 meetings hosting 90 speakers.
