Taking a course can be a great way to meet new people when you're an expat, while enabling you to acquire new skills and broaden your interests. As the capital of the country, Bucharest has a wide offer of courses you can take. However, keep in mind that many of these are in Romanian, and a working knowledge of the language is required to take full advantage of the courses.
