Kuala Lumpur, in recent years, has started to develop a vibrant performing arts scene.

Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPac) also hosts a broad range of theatrical events at their sprawling campus. A huge variety of events are held there every year, attracting tourists to its many cafés and a theater library to browse.

Orchestra

The main orchestra in Malaysia is the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and is a resident at the Petronas Philharmonic Hall, which also has rotating guest performances throughout the year.
