Kuala Lumpur, in recent years, has started to develop a vibrant performing arts scene.

Damansara Performing Arts Center (DPAC) shows both short-run and seasonal shows that run the gamut from ballet, to traditional drama, to dance and comedy! Shows average out to RM10 - RM50 per person.

Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPac) also hosts a broad range of theatrical events at their sprawling campus. A huge variety of events are held there every year, attracting tourists to its many cafés and a theater library to browse.

Orchestra

The main orchestra in Malaysia is the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and is a resident at the Petronas Philharmonic Hall, which also has rotating guest performances throughout the year.

Museums in Kuala Lumpur
