Finding Accommodation, Flatsharing, Hostels in Tokyo

Tokyo offers a large number of apartments, rooms and guest houses for rent. There are many agencies which specialise in helping foreigners find what their looking for. If you’re looking for long-term housing, you may be lucky enough to have your lodging provided by your company. Otherwise flat-sharing can also be a good option. These websites are a good place to start, whatever you have in mind:

Temporary housing

One good option can be temporary housing, often referred to as "Gaijin (foreigner) Houses". This is cheaper than taking on an apartment by yourself, and many newcomers to Japan often start off with this kind of accommodation. Here are some useful links:

guesthouse Tokyo
I live in Tokyo in Freshroom share house. It's cheaply, welcoming,... There are a lot of japanese. Consequenly, I can learn japanese cooking, way of live...
My guesthouse is close of subway station.
I am very glad to live in this Freshroom Guesthouse. I recommend this accomodation.
