The Argentinean social security system covers retirement, pensions, unemployment benefits and disability.  All Argentinean citizens and permanent residents are entitled to coverage under the social security system. Many temporary residents are also entitled to at least some of the benefits available under the Argentinean social security system, usually work related benefits for temporary workers.
