There is a new company in Buenos Aires called SendLoveBA.com that takes orders online and creates/delivers them here in Buenos Aires.
I've been living here for a few years and my parents tried to send packages that never arrived. They even tried to send flowers and the same thing happened.
I sent a link to my parents to check out the company and they ordered me a care package...it arrived at my door within a week and it was amazing. Homemade brownies, bagels (with real Philly cream cheese), carrot cake cupcakes and a jar of Skippy peanut butter.
Its perfect for expat/study abroad kids in BA whose parents want to send a gift and not pay a ton for FedEx that prob won't even get here till 2020.
