What are the European E-forms for unemployment?

E Forms are standardised forms used throughout the European Union, European Economic Area (Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) and Switzerland to speed up the process of claiming social security benefits when you go abroad. They do not apply to other European countries. You obtain the forms from the social security institution of the country where you are insured before you travel abroad. If you are an employee, some E Forms must be applied for by your employer.

E-FORM Description
E301 Certificate concerning the periods to be taken into account for the granting of unemployment benefits. It is necessary to get the unemployment benefits in the new country.
E301 add Additional information for Spanish institutions - insurance periods and periods treated as such
E302 Certificate relating to members of the family of an unemployed person who must be taken into account for the calculation of benefits
E303/0 Certificate concerning retention of the right to unemployment benefits. It's necessary that you were paid unemployment benefits in the previous country before to apply in the new country.
E303/1 Certificate concerning retention of the right to unemployment benefits
E303/2 Certificate concerning retention of the right to unemployment benefits
E303/3 Certificate concerning retention of the right to unemployment benefits
E303/4 Certificate concerning retention of the right to unemployment benefits
E303/5 Information for unemployed persons who intend to go to another Member State to seek employment
