You should know than the South of Dublin city is more expensive than the
North of Dublin.
For example, Ranelgh, in Dublin 4, is the most expensive part of Dublin South.
It's a very nice area with a lot of restaurants and the new Luas
to Dublin city.
The best areas in the South are Portobello, Rathmines, Harold's Cross and
Ranelagh.
For the North ,Drumcondra, Glasnevin and Clontarf are some very nice area.

Be quick as the sooner you phone, the better your options will be. Daft is
the most popular Irish website for flatsharing.
