There are a number of different telephone companies in Denmark, all competing with one another to offer the best deals. As a result, the prices are quite reasonable by European standards. You can often get a better deal by purchasing a package of services, including telephone, broadband internet access and optionally cable TV, from the same supplier.

Some of the bigger suppliers are TDC and Tele2.

Directory enquiries in Denmark are accessed by calling 118.
