The choice of network providers is limited to three:

All of them get their advantages and disadvantages.

Vodafone and O2 are the most popular network and they represent 95% of the market.

    • Pay monthly: The majority of people pay their mobile phone monthly by direct debit. Prices depend on the plan, about 30 euro every month. But often companies will ask you to live for more than 6 months in the country before they offer you these.
    • Pay as you go: It's the most easy way to get a mobile, as you just need to buy it and you will charge the phone with money by using voucher (Top-up card) or credit card to be able to use it.
