Es ist immer sehr ratsam, 2008 Januar erhalten registrierte in eigenen lokalen Konsulat an, gibt es 57 Generalkonsulate und 60 Konsulate. Aufgrund Hongkongs Sonderstatus, manche Konsuln Generalkonsul in Hongkong haben die Rang eines Gesandten.
