The apartment is located in a pedestrian area of via Flaminia and piazzale Flaminio less than 100 meter from Popolo square and Villa Borghese.
So the all city center is near you! Most mayor interest points are at walkable distance: Piazza di Spagna (1km), Fontana di Trevi (1,6 km), Panteon (1,6 km), Piazza Navona (1,6 km), Piazza San Pietro (2,2 km), Foro Romano (2,4 km), Colosseo (3,0 km), etc.
The two double bedroom apartment is about 90 sq. meter, elegantly finished with light oak parquet in most rooms including kitchen; finely furnished with high quality and old pieces creating a charming place to rest and stay.
The apartment sees a large entrance room, living and dining room with double bed sofa, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining facilities (washing machine, dish washer, electric oven, microwave, complete set of accessories, etc.). A 20 sq. meter outside terrace, facing internal courtyard and partially Villa Borghese, complete the apartment.
Heating, Air Conditioning, WIFI, Security (security door and balcony alarm system). No pets, no smoking.

Rates are in Euro and depend on many factors like season, number of guests and length of the stay - please send your request and ask for details!
A final cleaning fee can be requested. By-weekly cleaning is recommended and it can be organized with local Philippine.
Academic year or semester renters are preferred since this is our house and my son may live in it during university holidays (he studies in Pavia near Milan in north Italy).
A security deposit may be requested depending on number of guests and length of stay.
Check-in is from 2 pm to 7 pm. Check-out within 10 am.
For different check-in/out time please ask, an extra fee can be requested.
